Prabhaav Learnings Pvt. Ltd. (PLPL) was formally registered in 2010, though our journey as Prabhaav — began much earlier. What started as a small initiative of activity-based value education to make an “Impact” has grown into a pan-India movement for holistic learning, skill development, and ethical growth.

The world we live in today has vastly changed. Where earlier generations lived with limited choices and simpler aspirations, globalization has created endless opportunities—alongside unprecedented challenges. The young learners now face a complex array of choices in subjects and careers, professionals struggle to keep pace with fast-changing demands in their work environments.

At PLPL, our mission is to bridge the gap between aspiration, expectation, and competence. We design and deliver interventions that support students, educators, and professionals alike—helping them gain the clarity, skills, and resilience needed to thrive in a changing world.

Over the past decade, we have partnered with prestigious organizations and institutions across India, delivering solutions such as psychometric assessments, content development, skill-based training, and leadership programs. Our work has also addressed critical contemporary needs:
 

• POCSO/ POSH Training-Sensitizing on child safety and workplace dignity (POCSO/ POSH).

• Training street food vendors for safer hygiene practices.

• Financial literacy for all, especially targeting the youth, starting as early as the middle school level.

• Supporting teachers with evolving pedagogical methods.

• Creating inclusive, respectful environments in schools and workplaces.
