Prabhaav ”Impact” , now known as Prabhaav Learnings Pvt. Ltd.(PLPL) registered in 2010, is an ongoing journey which began years ago when our guiding lights enthusiastically provided activity based value education classes.

We as parents grew up in a world of limited means and desires but the world today has changed. Globalisation has exposed all of us to a new world, while our children have a lot more to choose from, especially in terms of options for subjects and careers, our professional lives are full of unimaginable challenges.  These challenges are easier handled with constant professional guidance and support.

Our services aim is to bridge the gap between aspirations, expectations and competence not only for the young minds but also for mature professionals struggling to keep abreast with the day to day demands of their professional lives. 

During our decade long  journey we have been empanelled / partnered with many prestigious organisations / institutions and  provided services like Psychometric Tests,  Content Development, Assessment and all kinds of training solutions. This period has seen new ideas jump in the bandwagon like sensitising everyone to unfavourable sexual advances towards children, women at the workplace, training of street food vendors, financial literacy training for the middle school, keeping a bridge of new techniques in teaching methodologies and most importantly creation of a healthy inclusive atmosphere at school and workplace. 

Today, we are driven by a strong desire to “Impact”, by providing support at all stages, from a school student, through college and the working life of individuals.

Empanelment:

   ●  Prabhaav is empanelled with WCD (Ministry of Women and Child Development) to hold online/ in person                      workshops on POCSO/POSH. These training modules are aimed at training and orienting employees/individuals              on the The Sexual Harassment of Women (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.

   ●  Prabhaav Learnings was empanelled by CBSE vide Circular No. Acad. 02/2013 dated Jan. 8, 2013 to conduct                       certified training for the teachers on Life Skills, Attitude, Values and Health & Wellbeing Education on PAN India                 basis.

Accreditation:

Prabhaav is the first Training Institution to get accredited by the prestigious National Accreditation Board for Education and Training (NABET) for its Soft Skills Program.
